June 1st facing West overlooking the Hudson River, which in some ways is the boundary to how far I’ve gone so far in this trip.
Yesterday marked the end of phase one of going up the East Coast and New England and spending a lot of time visiting friends and family.
Today, as I cross the Hudson and head west, marks the beginning of phase two where I am going to be more on my own in new surroundings and going to places I’ve never been before. I will be less constrained by schedule and have very little plan. There is certainly a sense of exhilaration, a feeling of freedom, and A childlike sense of wonder as to what in the world is going to happen.
The next few days will be upstate New York and then moving on to Ohio.
